Citywide Elevator Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead modernization and design/build projects. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless, high-quality outcomes that align with our clients’ goals and building requirements. As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure timely, efficient, and compliant execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end modernization and design/build projects, ensuring all aspects meet the scope, schedule, and budget.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals with building functionality and infrastructure needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the commissioning process to ensure final installations meet performance and reliability standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, detailing project progress, milestones, and any adjustments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within elevator modernization or construction projects.
Strong understanding of elevator systems and building infrastructure.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and permitting processes.
