Citywide Elevator Consulting is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and promoting Citywide’s innovative elevator consulting services. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients, focusing on property owners and managers with large portfolios.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from Citywide’s service offerings, including modernization, design/build, inspections, and maintenance management.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight Citywide’s value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and progress.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or vertical transportation industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
