Modernization Strategy
When a building’s elevators have become increasingly unreliable over the years, the elevator maintenance contractor will usually recommend modernization.
Citywide will assess the condition and remaining life of your elevator components to determine your specific replacement needs and recommend a replacement / refurbishment plan. We provide a custom specification and RFP process to select an appropriate contractor at a fair price.
